User Goals
Virgin Trains and Uber customers routinely had to either drive their cars and pay high parking fees, or manually book separate rides that had no context of the overall trip (including all legs to all stations.
I quickly identified the user segments, main pain points, and user goals for this fast-paced project to help guide the cross-discipline team in making quick decisions to speed up development.
Updated Booking Experience
This project had three parts to it:
Redesigning the ads people would see on the Virgin Trains website.
Redesigning the Virgin Trains booking and confirmation UX with a seemles Uber integration.
Incorporating Uber’s newly launched Halo design system as well as Uber’s new reservations back-end service.
